Evening Trips: Our Most Popular Choice
The evening is the most popular time to go. You get golden light on the dunes, a sunset stop and dinner with shows after dark. Every evening trip runs from roughly 2 PM to 9 PM.
Our Classic Evening Trip at AED 80
This is the trip that gives you the most for the money. The evening Dubai safari includes 4x4 pickup, dune bashing, a camel ride, a buffet dinner and four live shows. If you just want the classic desert experience, this is the one.
Evening Desert Safari, AED 100
This option adds a few extras, such as sandboarding and henna, along with a BBQ dinner and pickup in an air-conditioned car.
The VIP Trip at AED 120
Prefer a little more comfort? Our VIP Dubai safari includes VIP seating, a BBQ buffet and four live shows. The extra cost is small, and the evening feels calmer.
The Premium Trip at AED 230
For the most comfort, choose our premium desert safari Dubai package. You get premium service throughout the evening, and you can add a quad bike if you like.
If You Want Some Speed
Some people want to do more than sit in the back of a car. These packages are for them.
Safari With Quad Bike, AED 160
You get the full evening trip plus your own quad bike ride on the dunes. It runs from about 2 PM to 9 PM, and groups of friends love it.
Buggy and Quad Bike Safari, AED 200
Can't decide between a buggy and a quad? Do both. Our buggy and quad bike safari comes with helmets and safety gear, and the timing is flexible.
Hummer Dubai Safari, AED 140
Riding over the dunes in a Hummer feels very different from a normal 4x4. The Hummer Dubai safari runs from about 2 PM to 9 PM, and finishes with dinner and shows at the camp.
Sunrise and Overnight Trips
The Sunrise Trip at AED 140
If you love quiet mornings, the sunrise desert safari Dubai trip is for you. It goes from around 8 AM to 11 AM, with photo stops on the dunes and water and soft drinks included. You're back before lunch with the rest of the day free.
The Overnight Trip at AED 260
For the full desert experience, stay the night. The overnight Dubai safari starts at about 2 PM and ends at 9 AM the next day. You get the evening programme, a night in the camp, stargazing and breakfast.
The Budget Option
If you have your own 4x4, the self drive safari costs only AED 40 per person. You meet us at our parking area at about 3 PM, and you're done by 9 PM. It's the cheapest way to enjoy the camp, the dinner and the shows.

What's Included in Every Dubai Desert Safari
No matter which trip you choose, some things never change. Our camps are built in a traditional Bedouin style, with low seating, soft lights and plenty of space. Dinner has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Pickup and drop-off are confirmed 24 hours before your trip, so you know exactly when to be ready.
We also run trips from Abu Dhabi for AED 140, plus city tours of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hatta, if you'd like to see more of the UAE.
How the Evening Goes
The trip starts with a pickup from your hotel in the early afternoon. After a while, the buildings disappear and the dunes begin. The driver lets some air out of the tyres, and then the dune bashing starts. The 4x4 climbs each dune, tips over the top and slides down the other side. It's a bumpy ride, but most people love it.
Next, you stop on a high dune to check here watch the sunset. From there, you head to the camp for a camel ride, dinner and live shows. At around 9 PM, it's time for the drive back to your hotel.
What If I Get Car Sick?
The drivers know these dunes very well and drive them daily. You wear a seatbelt the whole time. If you feel car sick easily, eat light and sit in the front. If you're pregnant, have a bad back or have a baby with you, tell us when booking, and we'll help you pick the right trip.

Why pick the Hummer?
If you want something different from a normal 4x4, yes. The Hummer is bigger and feels more powerful on the dunes, and the photos look great.
Which package is best for families?
Families usually choose the AED 80 evening trip or the AED 120 VIP trip. Children enjoy the camel ride and the shows.
Do prices include pickup?
Yes, all our guided trips include pickup and drop-off. The self drive package is the only one where you drive yourself.
Is there a dress code?
Wear something light and loose, with comfortable shoes. In winter, a light jacket is a good idea for the evening.
Can I book for a big group?
